M.R.A. Securities (Pvt.) Ltd. Finally became a member of Pakistan Stock Exchange Ltd formerly Karachi Stock Exchange limted, in the year 2000. In the mid of year 2001 – 2002, the company also bought the membership of Lahore Stock Exchange Ltd. In January 2016, MRA Securities (Pvt) Ltd, changed its membership into Trading Right Entitlement certificate holder under (Corporation, Demutualization and Integration) Act, 2012.
