BUD APAC (01876.HK) -0.190 (-2.000%) Short selling $24.13M; Ratio 25.109% will announce its 2Q24 results early next month. According to a research report issued by CLSA, it was expected that in light of weather factors in China, weak consumer sentiment, slowing growth in high-end products and the pressure of a high base, BUD APAC's business in the western part of the Asia-Pacific region will be impacted.
CLSA trimmed its forecasts for BUD APAC's revenue and normalized EBITDA for 2Q24 by 6% and 9%, respectively, and adjusted its full-year forecasts accordingly. The target price was lowered from $12.4 to $11.4, and the rating was Outperform. Considering that the weather may improve and the base is relatively low, CLSA predicted that BUD APAC's 3Q24 results will be better.
