“I started The First Resources Management and Securities Corporation (“The First Resources”) as a domestic corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on October 16, 1979. The First Resources has been engaged with the purchasing and selling of any and all kinds of shares, bonds, securities, products, monetary exchanges, and all other kinds of properties either in the Philippines, or in any foreign country; distribute securities issued by another or other persons, firms, corporations or associations, whether domestic or foreign.
