KP Securities (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated on 20th June 2011, under the ‘Companies Ordinance Act’ 1984 of Pakistan. KP Securities is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as a securities broker under the Brokers Agents Registration Rules, 2001.
