　　ESPRIT HOLDINGS (00330.HK) -0.001 (-0.758%) announced that it has decided to halt the negotiation of the potential disposal of trademarks, together with all the rights and benefits arising out of or in connection with such trademarks, and the main domain names in the Greater China region.

　　ESPRIT cited the unfavourable terms and conditions offered by the potential investor, as well as that negotiations with the potential investor have not resulted in any commercially viable outcome for the company.

　　ESPRIT added that it has received several proposals and offers from various independent third parties regarding potential cooperation and/or investments. Company management is currently evaluating the proposals.
