＜Alert＞MIDLAND HOLDING Foresees Interim NP to Surge YoY

　　MIDLAND HOLDING (01200.HK) +0.010 (+1.351%) issued a positive profit alert. For the five months ended 31 May 2024, it recorded a net profit of approximately HK$170 million. It is expected that the Group will record a substantial increase in the net profit for the six months ending 30 June 2024, as compared to the net profit of approximately HK$39 million for the six months ended 30 June 2023.

　　Dividend History

　　The significant improvement of the Group‘s results was attributable to the substantial increase in operating profit of the Group’s business units “Midland Realty 美聯物業” and “Hong Kong Property 香港置業” for the five months ended 31 May 2024 as compared with the corresponding period last year; and the significant improvement of results of the Groups operations in Mainland China despite the extremely difficult business environment, following the implementation of a series of strategic initiatives.
