　　ESPRIT HOLDINGS (00330.HK) +0.031 (+18.563%) opened up 14.97% today and peaked at $0.225, once skyrocketing 34.7%. It last printed at $0.197, surging 17.96%, with a volume of 19.4663 million shares and a turnover of $4.0062 million.

　　ESPRIT announced that it is currently in the final stages of negotiation with an independent third party for the possible disposal of trademarks, together with all the rights and benefits arising out of or in connection with such trademarks, and the main domain names in the Greater China region for a consideration of US$47.5 million.

　　Upon signing the definitive agreement(s), ESPRIT is expected to receive an initial payment of US$10 million.
